Certified Project Manager

Projects of moderate complexity, 3+ years of practice, full control of budget, schedule and quality.

The five stages of getting certified

The transparent, independent assessment path from the moment your application is accepted to your entry in the international registry.

    Application and CV

    Complete the online form and submit your CV and a list of previous projects.

    Takes 1–2 days

  2. 02

    Review

    Assessment of documents and portfolio, and a check of how complex your projects were.

    Takes 5–7 days

  3. 03

    Written exam

    An independent test covering theory, cases and the ICB 4.0 standard.

    3 hours

  4. 04

    Assessor interview

    An interview on practical cases with two internationally certified assessors.

    60–90 minutes

  5. 05

    Certificate and registry

    The international certificate is issued and recorded in the official IPMA registry.

    Valid for 5 years
