Consulting and PMO fees are calculated individually: they depend on the size of the organisation, the number of projects, how deep the methodology goes, and which international experts are involved. After the initial diagnosis you receive a formal proposal with specific KPIs and a staged payment schedule.
An IPMA Delta or organisational maturity assessment usually takes three to six weeks. That covers reading the documents, interviewing the key stakeholders, analysing the team questionnaires, and producing a final roadmap with practical recommendations.
PBMA follows international professional ethics and the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. At the first stage of any engagement — before any internal data or report changes hands — a two-sided, legally binding confidentiality agreement (NDA) is signed. All audit data is stored encrypted.
Yes. The corporate programmes are aligned to the IPMA 4-L-C system. On completing the course, participants receive a PBMA professional development certificate and are fully prepared for the international IPMA Level D, C or B examinations.
